Preparing for the Demo

Please follow these instructions to prepare your computer for the demo at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Contact your sales rep if you experience any problems.

  1. Open your Internet browser.
  2. Enter the following address: http://mountainside.webex.com/.
  3. Click on the New User? link in the upper left corner. 
  4. Click on the Setup button and follow the installation instructions.
  5. When you see, “You have successfully set up WebEx Meeting Manager on this computer” click on OK.
  6. Your computer is now ready for the demo.

Beginning the Demo

When it’s time to begin your demo please call 800-868-8423. Your sales rep will guide you through the following steps.

  1. Open your Internet browser.
  2. Enter the following address: http://mountainside.webex.com/.
  3. Your sales rep will direct you to the appropriate meeting to select.
  4. Click on Join Now. 
  5. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address, then click on OK.
  6. Your sales rep will now begin the demo.
