Encounter based to capture patient's insurance at the time of visit. Enter payments at the time of the visit easily.

  • Each encounter has its own set of insurance or option encounters may be billed to a third-party such as an insurance carrier, legal representative, employer, etc. No need to create multiple patient accounts.
  • Print receipt and/or statement as patient checks out
  • Ability to pre-register visits as patient checks in thus eliminating lost charges

Payment Batch Screen -

Allows entry for patient mail payments as well as insurance remits. Automatic posting of remittances is also available with no additional cost. Secondary insurances include adjudication information from primary payer, eliminating the need to copy explanation of benefits.

  • Enter patient payments as cash, check or credit card
  • Apply to individual encounters or allocate to multiple encounters
